Born and bred in UK, Dr Haadi graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2014. He completed his foundation training at the Queens Medical Centre, King’s Mill Hospital, and Royal Derby Hospital.
Since moving to Australia in 2016 with his brother Dr Tarek, he acquired advanced experience in Gold Coast University Hospital over three years working as an Emergency Medicine Senior House Officer, frequently leading resuscitation emergencies as well as managing critically ill patients, among both adults and children.
Now as a GP registrar, Dr Haadi enjoys treating patients within all aspects of medicine. His special interests include paediatrics, surgery, acute and emergency medicine, chronic illnesses, and global health.
Having always held a passion for global health, he has acquired clinical experience in UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt, Ecuador, Mongolia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. He is a keen academic researcher, having published and presented over 30 papers and presentations internationally, as well as his lecturer role at Griffith University.
In his spare time, he is a competitive swimmer, miniature figure painter and loves cultural history and theology. His claim to fame is having competed at an international level at the fast-paced real-time strategy game Age of Empires!
