Dr Mitchell Krosch

Dr Mitch Krosch was born in Toowoomba and graduated from The University of Queensland’s School of Medicine in 2016. He completed his post-graduate medical training in the Bundaberg region, including rotations through Childers and Monto. During this time, Dr Krosch obtained his Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRANZCOG). He has attained specialist recognition as Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Krosch spends one week per month delivering care to remote communities in far-western Queensland with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Dr Krosch enjoys all areas of general practice because it allows him to provide whole-person care. He has particular interests in sexual health, contraception, termination of pregnancy, LGBTIQ+ health (including gender-affirming care), chronic diseases, paediatrics and palliative care. His weekends are spent chasing a spirited toddler, gardening and playing guitar. He works at Jimboomba Medical Centre on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, where he is accepting new patients.
