Dr Nidah Ahmad was born and bred in Africa and attained her medical degree at the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
Since moving to Australia in 2013, Nidah has gained experience working rurally in Hervey Bay, followed by hospitals in Brisbane and Gold Coast. She has experience in emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, as well as orthopaedics.
As a GP registrar at the practice, Nidah is keen on seeing a variety of patients, with a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health, skin conditions and chronic illnesses. She is a keen advocate for preventative health and works part-time on Monday, Wednesday and most Fridays.
