Born and raised in Vancouver Canada, Dr Hodgson came over to Australia for medical school and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. He completed his intern year of training at Rockhampton Hospital in Queensland.
Since his foundation year of training, he has acquired advanced experience at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital and Redlands Hospital as an Emergency Medicine Senior House Officer and Emergency Medicine Registrar, frequently managing critically ill patients both adults and children.
Now as a GP registrar, Dr Hodgson enjoys treating patients within all aspects of medicine. His special interests include paediatrics, surgery and chronic disease management.
In his spare time, Dr Hodgson loves flying planes, having got his Private Pilot’s licence while completing his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia in Canada.
