Dr Cynthia Gray

Cynthia is a registered psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Health Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Cynthia’s interest in health psychology comes from her diverse career in health spanning the disciplines of psychology, nursing and midwifery.
As a psychologist, Cynthia has worked with people suffering from Health-related difficulties, such as weight and lifestyle management, chronic health disorders and terminal illness; Anxiety disorders, such as generalised anxiety, PTSD, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder; Depression, including extensive experience with antenatal and postnatal depression.
Her work has also included grief counselling, including grief related to miscarriage, foetal and neonatal death, and childlessness. In addition, Cynthia has extensive experience running Perinatal Programs for women experiencing issues before or after giving birth.
